Our Citrus Sunset gin comes alive with a blend of nine different botanicals, including fresh Australian citrus peel for a spirit that is herbal, tangy and subtly floral.
To round out and compliment its citrus vibrance, we’ve added vanilla, a touch of rosemary, and a nod to our love for craft beer with aromatic Australian Galaxy hops.

This a Friday classic for us, in a G&T (30ml gin, 90ml tonic) with dried grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary as garnish. The tonic accentuates the citrus flavours for a real explosion on the palate. Tastes particularly good with funky jazz in the background.
