Coastal Dry

Our Coastal Dry is the ocean in a glass. Playful, pure, and just a little bit blustery. The perfect tipple for cool nights and warm days.

This is our modern, Gold Coast take on a classic dry gin.

We’ve developed a classic London dry base and blended ten botanicals – including Australian native ingredients like Saltbush, Geraldton Wax and Cinnamon Myrtle – to give this gin a crisp, coastal complexity with notes of pine and citrus and a touch of salt and warm spice. 

The result is a tipple that’s wonderfully refreshing and versatile, whisking you away to your favourite beach holiday. Perfect on the rocks, in a G&T or in a Gold Coast Negroni.

ABV: 43%

Kelly: My go-to is a G&T. I prefer 1:3, so 30ml gin with 90ml light tonic. If I’m going fancy, I’ll add lemon thyme, lemon peel or dried mango as a garnish.

Simon: I love my Coastal Dry on the rocks with just a simple lemon peel.

The Ingredients

30ml Two Tales Coastal Dry Gin

30ml Campari

30ml Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth

Orange peel

The Method

  1. Add the three spirits to a mixing glass generously filled with ice. Stir until well-chilled (25 turns usually does the trick).
  2. Strain into a rocks glass with ice. The bigger the ice block, the better. It prevents dilution and it looks cool, too.
  3. Garnish with an orange peel or a slice for extra juiciness.
  4. Best enjoyed on a sun-soaked deck by the water.
